"Gnocchi con gorgonzola e pera "

Serve size: 3/4 ppl


  • 1 package of instant gnocchi mix
  • 1 medium-sized pear, peeled and diced
  • 100g gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions until they float to the top, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the diced pear and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Add the gorgonzola cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and combined with the pear.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and stir gently to coat in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the gnocchi and sauce, and stir gently to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the Gnocchi con gorgonzola e pera hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
